Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trackly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
Trackly is a free job tracking platform that monitors career pages across hundreds of technology companies and provides real-time notifications, job browsing, and application tracking. The service is available on web, iOS, and macOS.
User Accounts
You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Trackly is intended for individual, personal use in your job search.
Application drafts and external sites
trackly Apply may help fill applications only for jobs you select. It prepares drafts and does not click Submit. You are responsible for reviewing every answer, attachment, and employer requirement, and for deciding whether to submit an application yourself.
Do not ask Trackly to invent sensitive facts or handle passwords, one-time codes, or CAPTCHA challenges. The workflow may pause for sign-in, verification, missing information, an unsupported site, or any state that cannot be verified safely.
Employer and application-platform sites are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Draft fields and uploaded files may reach those services before you submit.
Analytics & Session Recording
By using Trackly, you acknowledge that we collect identified usage analytics and record sessions of the service with service providers acting on Trackly’s behalf. On recorded surfaces, recordings may capture readable on-screen text and your interactions. Input values, including passwords, are masked, and request headers and bodies are not recorded. The /profile, /onboarding, /chat, /inbox, /connector, and /settings surfaces are excluded from session recording and product event capture. These existing routes contain application-profile and résumé, onboarding, AI prompt and AI-connection, and account-settings workflows. MCP usage analytics may include granular tool activity, structured job-search usage, selected fields from public results, agent-intent categories, runtime details, outcomes, timing, and sanitized failures. They do not include résumé text, profile answers, demographic or work-authorization answers, or application notes. Usage analytics are on by default and can be turned off for future collection using Share usage analytics in Account Settings. MCP traces and other product analytics events are retained for up to 12 months. Session recordings expire after 30 days. Visits to our public marketing pages and MCP setup activity may be recorded before you sign in. Before sign-in, the Trackly macOS app may also send a limited set of anonymous launch, distribution-channel, sign-in, invitation, and access-check lifecycle events using a temporary identifier that is not linked to your account. Details, including your deletion rights, are described in our Privacy Policy.
No Warranty
Trackly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job listings. Job data is sourced from public career pages and may change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Trackly and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities or inaccurate job information.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Trackly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above when these terms change.
