Is Trackly free?

Yes! Trackly is completely free for all users. No subscription, no paywall, no hidden fees.

How do I enable push notifications?

Go to iOS Settings → Trackly → Notifications → Enable "Allow Notifications". You'll receive alerts when new jobs matching your preferences are posted.

Why aren't I seeing jobs for a specific company?

Trackly monitors 1,900+ companies across 40+ ATS types and tracks 128K+ jobs. If a company has no open positions matching your filters, they won't appear. Check the Companies tab to see all tracked companies.

How often are job postings updated?

We check company career pages every 1-2 hours for new postings. Push notifications arrive within minutes of new jobs being posted.

Can I filter jobs by location?

Yes! Use the location filter chip on the Jobs tab to toggle between "US-based jobs" and "Remote (worldwide)" positions.

I found a job posting that's no longer active. How do I report it?

Email us at hello@usetrackly.app with the job title and company name. We'll investigate and update our system.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This action cannot be undone.

Do you share my data with companies I apply to?

No. Trackly is a job aggregator. When you tap "Apply" on a job, you're taken directly to the company's website. We do not share your email or any personal information with employers.

The app isn't loading jobs. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Check your internet connection, 2) Force-quit and reopen the app, 3) Sign out and sign back in, 4) If the issue persists, email us.

Push notifications aren't working.

Verify: 1) Notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Trackly, 2) Your filters are set to show jobs (at least one role type selected), 3) Force-quit and reopen the app.
